The staff were friendly and helpful. My eye test was done by Wendy and the whole experience was comfortable and I was well informed during the process. I will certainly be returning with the great service they provide.
Seamless experience from booking though to the eye test [bulk billed]. I have a yearly eye test as a diabetic, so have had quite a few, and Optometrist Dr Sneha Gehi was exemplary in every way. My prescription had changed a little so was asked if I'd like to look at some new glasses but no pressure at all. Was busy on the day so did not, but will be back soon to update the script. Would highly recommend!

Hi, I had an eye test done recently by Wendy who was very professional and friendly.She updated my records and informed me of the slight worsening of my right eye vision. We proceeded to pick new frames for a new pair of glasses, attended to by another courteous staff member.
I also had my previous glasses' frame replaced for free without any problems as it was still within the 1 year warranty.
The new frames were ordered and replacement ( with existing lenses)done and I was asked to collect them within 2 weeks, super efficient!
I have been going to Oscar Wylee ( both the Robina branch and Pacific Fair branch) for the last 2 years and have been very happy with their services.I will continue going to Oscar Wylee, keep up the good work!
The optometrist went above and beyond with my test and listened to exactly what I was concerned about. She was so welcoming & friendly! Also the sales assistant (forgotten his name but male - he was getting some red groovy aviators) was so helpful. Thank you guys!
